Provides guidance and on-job training to junior staff, make sure to carry out Company standards, Broker Guides, System requirements, E&O Compliance, etc. among sub-team members;4. Play a coach role in sub-team members ' development of their new skills and knowledge;Requirement:1. Over 7 years working experience in insurance industry2. Bachelor degree or above, specialized in insurance, business, finance or economics is preferred3. Familiar with related insurance products, legislation, procedures and operations of business organizations4. Good command of staff coaching and mentoring skills5. Good interpersonal and communication skills6. Good negotiation and problem solving skills7. Customer-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets8. Proficient in English and Chinese9. Proficient in computer skills
